Default 02 sensor lean/rich transitions

I got an Auto-tap today with the GM enhanced peramiters and did a few readings on my car. I did one specifically on the 02 sensor and transitions between lean/rich in a 100 second span. In a little over a minute and a half, there were only 71 transitions. Doesn't that seem pretty low? That'* less than one transition per second!

on a related note, here'* my first scan with a few peramiters on it. I deleted about half of them on the table though because they were just system scans like "OBDII system ready, etc.)

Everything seems to look pretty good. It'* good to atleast know I'm getting 0 knock retard. I'm running premium right now though so I'm going to see what it does in a week when I put regular in it.

I don't know what it all means, so if someone could clarify.. it seems like the sensor is pretty slow to respond?

Custom.. when you have that many parameters..it'* only reading at the interval mentioned next to the data, the toggling can be happening much more frequently.

True, but when I ran the test for just the oxygen sensor graph, it was still updating five times per second. You can see the MV of the sensor slowly rising/climbing on the graph. It looks like it takes a little over a second for the sensor to switch from lean to rich.

This time last year I was averaging 25.4 MPG. Right now I'm averaging 19 MPG. I can't even get over 22 MPG on highway drives. it'* sad.

Your new tool just spent $80 for you. However the MPG return should be worth it.
