car is constantly unlocking
while driving the car today it is constantly unlocking while driving and sitting there parked. I took the battery out of the remote as I thought it was the problem. This is a major problem as I have a 9 year old who will be sitting in the back seat.

the child safety locks will not let the door open even when the tab by the handle is in the unlocked position. but you are right that is a big concern! what are they willing to do for it? money off/fix it with money off? tell them $8,000 and fix the problem. just my opinion

OK we found the problem. We discovered that after he went to the passenger side to pop the trunk. When he went for the handle it slipped and slapped down and the door started unlocking. So he tapped the inside door panel and it would unlock every time he whacked it. The glass installer put a screw right through the door wiring by using a different screw then what was supposed to be used. Dealer had a glass place replace the passenger window due to scrapes from what looked like from removing tint. F'n hacks. He called the glass place and they are going to pay the electrical specialist they got to fix this issue.
