Your best bet, would be to go to a place like Crutchfield.com......

Punch in your vehicle, and see if they sell the radio you have.......then you can ask about harnesses and they might point out other things you need to know....

In fact, they may point out a better radio, if you can return the one you have.....there are so many options now......satellite, bluetooth, MP3, external connectors for android, IPhone, USB, etc.

That'* where I would go to get answers.....

You are wasting money by upgrading just the HU. Even the "Shitsoon" amplifier and speakers are junk.
Upgrade all 3. HU, amplifier and speakers. Done.

The DEH-80PRS is a nice 350.00 deck.
Crutchfield does have it, so I am sure they have what you need, let me check.
I do agree that is possible you'd be better off replacing it all, but you can always replace the AMP and Speakers later on.

Here are the parts you need.
For the deck to fit.
Metra 99-2009 Dash Kit Fits select 1992-2012 GM and Suzuki vehicles ? single-DIN radios at Crutchfield.com

If you want to retain the door chimes, and safety warnings.
Metra GMRC-04 Wiring Interface Connect a new car stereo and retain the door chimes and audible safety warnings in select 2000-up GM vehicles at Crutchfield.com

Antennae Adapter
Metra GMRC-04 Wiring Interface Connect a new car stereo and retain the door chimes and audible safety warnings in select 2000-up GM vehicles at Crutchfield.com

Steering Wheel Controls
Axxess ASWC-1 Steering Wheel Control Adapter Connects your car'* steering wheel audio controls to select aftermarket car stereos at Crutchfield.com

NOTE: Here is what they say about your vehicle.
Also, they mention the wiring harness in the kit which contained all the parts I linked, but I do not see it..

Caution: This Pioneer does not fit in your Pontiac.
If you think you can make it fit, go ahead and select an installation package below.
Notes about your Bonneville

Audible safety alerts are delivered through your vehicle'* factory radio. Our installation packages retain this important safety feature.

This car stereo does not fit your car.

Sorry, but no installation instructions are available for your vehicle.

You'll need to bypass your factory amplifier. Run new speaker wires from the new stereo to the amp location, and splice them into the factory speaker wires at the output side of the amp.

Looks like the harness is supposed to be part of Metra GMRC-04 Wiring Interface kit..
Also read this.

Overview: The AXXESS GMRC-04 lets you replace the factory radio in select 2000-2005 GM vehicles. The AXXESS GMRC-04 is designed to be used in non-amplified 2000-2005 GM vehicles without Onstar that have the "Dock-n-Lock" style harness (the radio harness that stays mounted in the dash when the radio is removed). The GMRC-04 retains the warning chimes that will normally be lost when the GM factory radio is removed through the use of an on-board speaker. It will also provide a 12-volt switch accessory wire for proper radio operation

Note: The radio itself is held in by two spring loaded clips, one on each side.

Vehicle Compatibility: The AXXESS GMRC-04 is compatible with the following 2000-2005 GM vehicles (without Onstar), that use the "Dock-n-Lock style harness".

2000-2005 Buick Lesabre
2001-2003 Oldsmobile Aurora
2000-2005 Pontiac Bonneville

Note: The GMRC-04 can be used in the vehicles listed above that come with a factory amplifier; however the factory amplifier must by bypassed. If the vehicle has Onstar, that feature will not work. Please consult the Crutchfield Car Selector to see if your vehicle is compatible.
