Troubleshooting HVAC system
How can I go about troubleshooting my HVAC? If I turn either the heater or the A/C on, no air comes through the vents at all. I checked the HVAC fuses under the rear seat and they are good. When I turn on the A/C controls, I hear the click under the hood and the cooling fans turn on...but no air.
I suspect the blower motor, but what else could prevent it from turning on?

Are you saying when you adjust the blower settings, nothing happens?

There is a blower motor resistor in the climate control listing. Possible culprit in your problem?
Blower motor resistors divert power or ground through resistors to control blower motor speed
When not replaced, blower will either not function or will not run at all speeds.

you have to test for power at the fan, which is under the dash. if you get power and it doesnt turn on the fan is bad. if you dont get power trace the big wires back the resistor is normally close to it
