Default GXP!

I was at my dealer yesterday getting regular scheduled maint. on my Denali, and while I was waiting I went to visit my fleet manager. She told me that she had one and asked if I would like to see it. She took me over and my jaw just dropped. It was beautiful. It was in black had white instrumentation, stainless steel accents and carbon fiber trim. The exhaust was dual tips on both sides. Seats had leather trim with suede in the middle. The only thing I really disliked about the GXP was the placement of the buttons in on the center console. I liked the layout of the center console on my 2001 SSEi better. The GXP uses the same layout as the 02/03 center console. But otherwise it is class. She told me I could drive it but I was running short of time. The sticker was at 36,900.00 and it is loaded. I'm really debating on trading my 01 in for the GXP. Probably won't though. I only have 24 more payments and my 01 is mine forever.

Default Wait for the real deal

Hey I have an 02 SSEI and I did test drive the GXP. Its not worth it for the lack of changes and the price increase. The only serious upgrades were the engine (only 35hp more) and the 18s vs 17s for tires. No chrome!!! Wait another year or two. Hopefully GM will let Pontiac upgrade to the 300 hp Northstar engine with chrome wheels or something even more potent to earn the increased price tag.

my local dealer had 4 of them about 2 weeks ago.. i watched them roll off the carrier. The funny thing is, none of them stayed in the lot. A couple dealers got in each car and took off towards the highway. They are gorgeous.
