Default Drop in Volts

Has anyone else noticed a quick drop in voltage after driving for a short period of time. This happens after starting the engine from cold. The voltmeter drops to about 10 and the lights go dim and then its right up to normal again. Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else?

Its supposed to do that when you first start it. This happens on mine after a couple of minutes of driving.

My lights dim once and awhile, I just thought it was "normal."
