need help going from 16 ohms to 4 ohms.?
hi well i am trying to find out how to install my electro voice 16 ohm drivers in my car to my 4 ohm amp.
i heard that there is some kind of capictor or resistor that would change or block the ohms and allow me to do this.? has any body ever heard of what im talking about.?
or can some one tell me another way to change the ohms.?
i woul shighly appericate it. as these things are small and packed with a huge punch that will melt your ears off.... thanks

if you wire the speakers in parallel that will effectively lower the impedance.
example, you have (2) 16 ohm drivers. if you wire them in parallel you now have an 8 ohm load.
