I have the factory CD and radio with the 7 band eq, and I was wondering if there ever was a bonneville in the 92-99 years that had a 6 disc CD player that I could get to put in my car, or do I have to get an aftermarket one from an electronics store. I like the idea of just feeding them into the CD player in the dash.

Nope. You have the best you could get. Other than the Bose cars, but the Bose cd player just had a simple BASS and TREBLE slides, unlike yours which has seven. You could go get a Pioneer 6-disc changer that you could mount under the passenger seat. I have one that you load the disc'* into the narrow side so it would mount the long way front to back. They are FM modulated, but then you can use the nifty little controller and just use velcro to hold the controller between the shifter and radio. JUst run the cable in into the console by the seat and then up to the radio, hand controller and fuse. Really easy.
