is it the button for the autodim or is it the whole mirrror? my rattle was from the button which i jammed a little piece of rubberband between the button and the edge of the plastic where it went in and it fixed it, of coarse it would fall out if you pushed the button, but why would you ever push the button anyways. if it is the whole mirror good luck because that would be a lot harder to fix....suggestions for that is a new mirror

you can try a few things...putting some sort of glue that doesn't harden all the way, on/in the mount is one option.

Some people have gone as far as actually putting sound deadener on the mirror.

or go back to the old mirror.
