I think his question is: Are these a good deal?

My opinion is that you get what you pay for. Buy cheap, get cheap product. I have a tendancy to stay away from most of Worst Buy'* mobile electronics.

Sensitivity 89dB
You can definately find better for the price. Most good subs by themselves hit over 90dB. But if your looking just for a little bump, then check them out closer. Try to listen to them in the store.

Sensitivity has to do with how wastedful the speaker is with the power you give it. I wouldnt buy them because Dual lies about thier power ratings

Sensitivity is the amount of sound a speaker makes on a given power.

all makers pump 1 watt of power into their speaker, and find the SPL at 1 meter from the speaker in a sound dead room. So if you have an 88db sensitive speaker and one that'* 91db, the 91 will sound 2x as loud.
