Lighting upgrade
The door handles on the 2000+ models don't have the lit door handles like the older models do. I would like to add a tiny bulb, or LED light into the door handle pockets on the interior side, so the door handles are illuminated at night. What type of bulb/LED would be small enough to fit there after drilling a hole, and it needs to be 12-14 volt compatible. (with no need to wire in a resistor, and green would be preferable.) Thanks! has anyone done this yet?

Ive done it on my car but it already had the little lamps in there and I used HUGE blue leds, so I had to do a little drilling to make them fit. I got mine from Ebay and they already had the resistors attached to them.

there are many different sized LED'*. I would say you are looking for the smallest possible to hide it the best...however you want a fairly large view angle. W/o a large view angle you will get a beam of light.
