Anyways, that'* an interestig set up by GM but I like it actually. The 6x9'* provide the lower notes while the 4" can take over the mid range but will be limited on high notes. Which allows the front speakers/ tweeters to keep the high notes and keep the sound stage where it should be(upfront).
I think more cars should be like this vs the 6x9 and tweeter.

I have regular Kenwood 6x9'* (really nice ones) from my Bonne, would those be good for this application? I would buy new 4" as well.

Okay, so my question still stands. I have http://www.crutchfield.com/*-hUduV3S...0&I=113KFCX690
from my Bonneville. Would those be advisable replacements, since I'd like to not have to buy news ones. Also, I would replace the 4" with http://www.crutchfield.com/*-hUduV3S...065S45&g=51200
And for the fronts I have http://www.crutchfield.com/*-hUduV3S...0&I=113KFCP507.
Also, I have a 4-channel 800-watt amp, would that suffice to power these speakers or do I need something different?
Please halp!

Personally I would try with just the 6x9'* and the fronts. If you dont like the sound then reconsider your setup.
I dont see why the 6x9'* you have wouldn't work.

I dont see the point in buying it if there is a possibility you would like it with out, or with just the stock 4"

Okay, so if I'm replacing the 6x9 with my Kenwood'*, I assume I would need to change some stuff around to make them work. Would I need to do a lot of rewiring or can I just plug in the cables from the old 6x9s to the new 6x9s, or what?
