Default Are these OEM units compatible?

Can the CD player pictured below (from a 97 Grand Prix) be swapped evenly with the factory cassette deck in my 98 SLE? I'd be giving up the 7-band EQ that I currently have on mine, but I can live without it as long as I still have steering wheel controls.

Thanks in advance to whomever may know!

The ones that come from floor shift models, fit funny in column shift models. You have to swap out the mounts on the H.U.

Yes, direct swap. They also make those units with EQ, too.
