Angel Eye Question
I just got some Angel Eye lights and had a few questions about wiring and mounting that I couldn't seem to find the answers in previous posts.
I want to keep factory wiring and wire the LEDS to the parking lights but is there a way to make the fog lights stay on with the high beam and low beam while using the factory wiring?
also what is the best way to mount them with the best adjustability on my 99 SLE

I have mine hooked into the fog light switch, so that controls the main fog light. Then run another switch so you can just run the angel eyes off of the new switch, Nice and simple,

has anyone had a problem with moisture in the housing. i have had these installed for less than a week and they both are full of moisture. I know i can exchange them, but if its a common problem i'm wondering if i should return them and get something else.

i think thats what i have, either that or the 2550, maybe i just have some defective ones if yours have been in for 3 years moisture free, then i'l get them replaced under warenty and see what happens. i just don't want my 20 dollar a piece silverstar h3 bulbs to burn out.
Also, there is only one way to mount these in the factory location...right, with the led wiring up. Is there a drain on them?

There is a way to wire them to say on when the highs come on, I have been interested in doing that but never got around to it. You'd have to rewire some things IIRC, but it an be done.
Just did a quick search and found this:

i mounted them in the factory location, by bending the tabs a little, i asked about the mounting to make sure i couldn't have put them upside down so that a drain was on top.
I took them back out yesterday and noticed why they were leaking, the calking for the glass does not go to the edge all the way around which is why i think the water is getting in, i have to wait until monday when autoanything is open so i can get return information so i can send them back.
thanks for the link on how to get them to turn on on high
