kenwood amp
Hey gang, I got this kenwood amp off a buddy of mine at work. The model number is KAC-746. I am planning on a resale. I took it out today to try it to make sure all 4 channels worked. I can't get anything out of it. I reckon it was working for the dude, I got it from.
I have absolutely no experience with Kenwood products, so I was hoping for a little troubleshooting from some of y'all on here. One thing really throws me, on the side where signal connections are made( RCA'*), there is a spot marked for a ground.
The fuse is good in the amp and I made all the connections good and strong. I checked and made sure the polarity is right on both the RCA'* and speaker connections.
Oh yeah there is a set of RCA'* for line in and line out. Line out is for hooking up other electronics that require RCA'* right??
I need some help with this,
Thanks,
Tim

the ground next to the RCA'* is for some higher quality RCA'* which come with a ground loop run through them in attempt to reduce noise.
Yes the line out would be for linking to multiple amps or similar.
did you connect the remote turn on wire?
