Default clearance for doors?

Ok in my car I have 4x6 panels. I went to the junk yard and picked some 5-1/4 component door panels up. I ordered....

Am I going to have clearance issues and also where do you guys hide your crossover?

Thanks.

So you have door panels with spots for the 5 1/4s right? If thats the case, put em in! I dont know if your panels have tweeter holes in them or if they come with speakers already in them. If you do, dont worry about the factory tweeter you can still hook it up, its your choice. Those speakers should drop right in. But if your using the original plastic shrouds they mght have air gaps around the sides of the speaker because the original speaker is sort of square shaped so a perfectly round speaker might not fill the gaps. At least mine did, yours might be differant. Theres no reason why you cant still use the speakers you bought.
