An easy way to find out is to take a multimeter set to DC volts, ground the negative pin, turn the key to ACC, then start poking pins in the amp harness till you get 12V, then turn ACC off, and you should lose 12V. If you do, you have found a remote turn on. If it stays 12V, it'* constant power.

thank you, i got that down pat. i guess what im looking for is the wiring diagram for the bose amp. you see i hooked up my rca converter to just my rear 6x9'*, and since i have the bose system it will convert the rear signals/output levels depending on what volume i have it at and thus making my bass not hit hard or distorts it. Does anyone have the skimatices on a stock 2000 bose amp. and also is it located behind the rear seat or is it the box on top in the center in the trunk?
Thanks guys

I got this from grandprix104 awhile back. It goes like this, FL+ TAN,FL- GRY, FR+ LtGRN, FR- DkGRN, RL+ BRN, RL- YLW, RR+ DkBLU, RR- LtBLU. These polarities woked for me. I installed a replacement for an aftermarket line out converter and am very pleased with the result.
