New speakers for my 94' SSE
Hey, I have a 94' SSE and I plan on getting a Pioneer CQ-5301 stereo. But neways, Im gonna put new speakers in because the sound system in it is depressing. Maybe it was top of the online back then but today I can sit in a Honda Accord and get blown away compared to mine. So my first question is, what are the speaker sizes in the car? Can I change em without whipping the panel off? And what do you recommend for a student with a tiny budget? Thanks in advance.

tIf you have a gain slider below the radio the front speakers are a 5.25 for the larger hole on the door and the tweet is 1.5 ....In the back you have 6x9'* that are "amped" and the 1.5 tweeters
if you dont have the gain slider then you have the 5.25 in the doors and the 1.5 tweet and 6x9'* in the back.....
I have a full out RF system so that is prolly out of your budget, but look for a good component set, of that is out of the question then a good set of 2 way speakers should make a difference.....unfortunalely everyone has a different taste in how a speaker sounds do the best advice i can give you is go to a local audio shop and take a listen...

We switched driver doors on the driver side and changing all that stuff on it is the hardest door job ive ever done. I dont plan on taking those panels off anytime soon because it was a 2 man job to stick it on. But thanks for the help. Whats the dfference between coaxial and trixial?
