i was tryin to come up with a good box design but it seems that everywhere i used to go to design boxes is offline now... anyone got any good sites so i can get this box built... im lookin at tuning the port to about 40hz or so

Amazing set up you just got there. I only wish I could afford something like that. Check out caruadio.com. There are plenty of threads about boxes for RE subs and even some drawn up diagrams by a very respected professional box builder for free.

update: box is in the process of bein built, i have a bunch of Ioxs wire (i think thats what it was) 1/0 ga and a bunch of the kicker 4ga should have enough to redo all vehicle power/ground cables box is bein built as we speak goin w/ a 3.5cu/ft box n a downfiring 50 sq in port tuned to around 33hz
