Default 2 Questions

First off, what size are the door speakers in my car? Crutchfield said they are 5.25" and when I went to measure them I couldnt get the panel off (thats the next question) so all I could do was measure the grill and got 4 1/2" so what size?

Secondly: How do I remove the door panel? I took off the only 2 bolts I could see/feel and I cant get it to budge, didnt wanna pull too hard for fear or breaking it

I'm not 100% positive but I do believe that the 92-99'* all had 5.25 in front 6x9 in back.

I think there are two bolts. One is behind the door light(above the cubby space), be careful of removing the white plastic piece as it will probably be very brittle. The other is behind the door handle/lock panel. After that the door panel is attached by a series of pins all the way around, be patient and use gentle tugs to pull them out. You will also have to disconnect the connectors for the door locks; mirrors, and leds/lights on the handle.

Yes. MOST 92-99 had 5.25s up front. SOME, however, got 4x6 speakers, if it was an extreme base model...and those are found in the early models.

I got a pic somewhere of the 4x6 setup.....

I'll try that altho I am kinda nervous bout it. Do the locks and windows unplug like the speakers or is it more of a pain in the ***? And exactly what white piece are you talking about?

If you pop the light cover off the door lights you'll see it. There are two small bulbs that just twist out.
