I chased my tail a good while looking for similar function on my 2k.

Am I right in thinking that you want the radio to shut down when the door
opens - like factory? (Although I donno how long it stayed on with the key off)

That feature is on the bus interface.

You could use a relay and tap into the door switch....

Still have to feed the power thru the accessory line (lighter circuit)

Been kicking this around since the amps will stay powered if I dont
manually kill the head.... power drain.

Let us know how you solve this one!
