If you want to do what fuddy asked, then I have done it. There are four wires that run into your rear 6x9'*. You need to figure out which ones control the woofer, and not the midrange, cut them, and get RCA convertors to run them into your aftermarket amp. I can't remember if the wires are different colorsor differentiated some ither way, but I cut one pair (one colored and one dark brown) of wires and listened to see which part of the speaker went dead to figure which leads to run to my sub amp and which leads to run to my 6x9 amp.

Here are the colour codes for the rear wiring in the amplified speaker system (U85) in my 96 SSEI.
They may be the same for other years.
blue/white wire + to "sub" voice coil of left 6X9
green/black wire - to "sub" voice coil of left 6X9
dark green wire + to "sub" voice coil of right 6X9
blue/black wire - to "sub" voice coil of right 6X9
brown wire + to "full range" voice coil of left 6X9 and to tweeter
yellow wire - to "full range" voice coil of left 6X9 and to tweeter
dark blue wire + to "full range" voice coil of right 6X9 and to tweeter
light blue wire - to "full range" voice coil of right 6X9 and to tweeter
You can cut the "sub" wires, extend them and run them into another amp and into a sub box and it will be controled by the gain control mounted under the radio.
If the amp does not have high level inputs, only RCA'*, you will need to buy a high to low adaptor that will convert the speaker wire to RCA'* and drop the level.
These speaker wires are coming out of the small amp under the radio. A better way to do this would be to convert the wires going into the small amp to RCA and bypass it but this way is easier.

Hey CraZy. Are you using the factory deck or are you using the Panasonic one that you show in your list?
I could figure out which wires that plugged into the original small amp could go to the new amp but they would only work if the original head unit is connected.
The gain control is a mono control and is realy a part of the small amp. I do not know what its value is or if it would work well in between your deck and the sub amp. I will look into this.

Well, the gain switch has a varying voltage from 2 to 6 volts as you slide it from min to max. But it works this way with an 8 volt input given to it by the factory subwoofer amp. I'm not sure what you would get if you hooked 12 volts to the lever...
