Default 96 sle audio setup

I currently have the blaupunkt hamburg reciever with the stock speakers. I just want to update the speakers since when you begin to crank the volume it starts to short out the stock speakers. Im going to stick with blaupunkt on the speakers and go with the TSx693 (http://www.crutchfield.com/*-aFFISRR...arch=blaupunkt) for the rears and the TSx542 (http://www.crutchfield.com/*-aFFISRR...arch=blaupunkt) for the fronts. I was just wondering if its worthwhile to change the tweeters also, and if so i was thinking of using the TSc50 (http://www.cardomain.com/shoplist~b~...nkt~t~Tweeters). I was just wondering some of your opinions on this matter, and also remember im not looking for the best, im just looking for something where i can blast the music and it wont blare, also im not looking to spen a butt load of money. Thank you

Hmm, I got a Pioneer deck, with aftermarket in the back, and stock speakers and tweeters in the front. I noticed if you filddle around with the setting on the cd player, your able to turn it up louder without the cracking. But I would go ahead and get the new tweeters.

Changing the tweeters couldn't hurt, but you really need to bring the tweeters up to ear level (instead of being in the doors) to make things more noticeable. You could try mounting the tweeters on the a-pillars.

I would say buy a component set, do not waste money on anything else for the front
