How to get off Door Panels on 96 Bonnie
I have been trying to replace the stock speakers in the door with some Pioneer 5X7'* and I cant get the door panels off. Is there another screw other then the one behind the door handle that I need to find? I tried prying it off but its on so tight I am scared I will break something. Pllease help as these speakers are shot and I want to hear some decent sounds again.
Thanks All

There'* a screw behind the door handle, and 2 more behind the courtesy light--use a small flat screw driver at the outer edge of the light assembly to pry it out--make sure you get the entire fixture and not just the lens, or you'll be cussing and gluing it back together next

1) Pry the rear end of the puddle-lamp lens only far enough to release its latch, then pull it straight out. Don't try to pry the rear end completely out of the door just by swinging the screwdriver handle outwards; it'll crack off the end of the lens.
2) The collar at the top of the assist handle (with the LED floodlight in it) unclips at its forward edge, then swings out and unhooks from the back edge.
3) Wiring harnesses for the door-mounted switchgear (e.g. the outside mirror joystick control) have in-line connectors that enable you to unplug them from the door. It may be easier to remove the switches from the door when disassembling, then unplug them from their harnesses so they're out loose. When reassembling, it may be easier to install the switches in the door panel first, then hold the panel up to the door and plug in all the switchgear to its harnesses in one step (presumably how the factory does it, too).

Hi, You are right, The speakers in the door are not what Best Buy or Circuit City says they are. They sold me 4x6 and the ones in the door are square, looks like 4X4 or 5X5'* so I am at a loss as to what to do now?? There are two factory speakers in there. Looks like a tweeter and a 4X4. Any ideas as to what I should to get? I have Pioneer 4X6'* that were $150.00 that sounded Great in the store and now I cant use them.
Thanks

I just poked around http://www.crutchfield.com just now (follow their "What fits my car?" link at the left side of the main page) and it came up with 5 1/4" component speakers as the best fit on your door. See if that helps; let us know!
