Meanwhile though..you did a great job and it looks very clean.
oh wow, that is a nice unit. the one on crutchfield was about $100 or so. my plan is to go with this setup untill i get hired somewhere making more than minimum wage, and at that point in time i wont feel so guilty about getting the $600 touch screen with back up cam and gps that i want lol.

thanks alot for the compliment. im trying to make things cleaner in the cabin. all those dangling wires (radar detector, window phone mount charger, ipod cord, 3.5mm cord for the phone, non mount phone charger) were really annoying and just made the interior look cluttered and gross. now the only exposed wire is the 3.5mm cord, and because i used a normally open jack the cord has to be out to listen to tapes- extra incentive to unplug it lol.

back up cams imo are a pain in the ***, i was using one on a 2010 Ford superduty, im already good at backing up to trailers so i wanted to see if the camera was any easier.. lets just say i went back to my own way. lol

well the cam is really just a fringe benefit of the stereo i want. its a double din touchscreen with hd radio (incase i ever move back) satellite, dvd, navigation, and the accent lighting changes between 900 or so different colors so you can match it to your interior.
