Is anyone running a seperate battery for the system? Or capacitors? I had two .5 fared Rockford Status Cap. Also, what gauge power cable are you running?

I have a 1.0 Farad digital readout cap for the amps. I am about to get 0 guage from the battery to the trunk, and 4 guage from there to the amps.

(5-1/4" woofer and 1" tweeter each door)

(mounted in 1/4 window -from a 2003 GP GTP w/BOSE)

(4" 2-way in each door for some surround sound for back-seat passenger'*)
Mounted in door panels carpeted area now, but might relocate up higher when I put Infinity 605CS components down there.

(mounted up high on rear door panels, just behind the grab handles)

Rear Dash:
Infinity Reference Series 6953i'*
(6x9 3-ways)
Bose tweeters
(mounted in the stock tweeter spot in the speaker cover'* that came with the rear dash)

12g Monster cable speaker wiring from amp to sub box

Will re-amp, add/re-sub, re-deck when I get a better cash flow from a ft job.

Oh, and will also be getting more amps and a RF 1-Farad digital cap and maybe add another battery (Optima yellow top) with a 160 amp alternator.

All you need now is a LCD screen and DVD player. Who needs to go the movies, besides, our seats are more comfortable.

Running Pioneer Deck. Hopefully soon to be replaced by Alpine 7984 (I want the 7983 because its blue. But the 7984 has better color). I want to get an eclipse but I can't get ne good prices. Im getting the 7984 dor 310 bux.

I have Infinity Kappa 5.25" speakers in the front (50RMS) .(85 bux) Eventually I want to upgrade those to MB Quart Comp kits. (Does anyone know if that little letter holder thing will house a tweet?)

In the Rear stage I have infinity kappa 6x9'* (110 RMS) . Awesome power out of these. (135 Bux)

I have a Lanzar VIBE 438 (4 x 175 Watts RMS at 4 Ohms). Powering my Comps.

I have a JBL 1200.1 Powering My sub (Soon to be subs). (260Bux). 1200 Watts RMS at 2 Ohms. 1 Ohm Stable. (Bench tested at 1350 RMS power at 1 Ohm.)

I currently only have on RF Punch HX2 (DVC 4 Ohm 500 RMS) (125 Bux). Im going to get a second one probably first of April. I need more power in my car first.

I also run a second battery in my trunk. I need to get it charged since im thinking about it. I drained it running it batt oonly too long.

Future Upgrades
Upgrade alternator. Going from Tiny 124 Amp Alt to 200 Amp Alt. Ive killed 2 of the standard alternators already lol.

I want to put in a Slot Ported dual 12" Box when I get my second Sub.

I want to upgrade my batteries in my car (And trunk) Both to optima yellow tops once I get the $$$.

I eventually want to replace my Lanzar 4 Channel amp With a Hifonics or Zapco amp.

I also want to replace my Punch HX2'* with some real subs. Maybe some RESPL HC12d2 (375 a piece) Or Audiomobile MASS 2412 S24 (350 a piece). Adire Audio Brahma (370 a piece). Theyre all in the running. I can't really decide. But that would be down the road anyways. (Like July At the Earliest).

I still need to get some thick double sided tape and deal the trunk. I may dynamat it too so I can keep some of the sound from escaping.

I couldnt imagine driving around without a sound sys, I'd go nuts! Even if I bought an old Geo Metro I would have to do something to spice up the sound!
