I can only think of a couple off the top of my head, that are new anyway. Pioneer DVH-something. I remember looking at it... it has tv tuner controls and an a/v-in but doesn't do surround sound on-board. I think it also controls XM. Rockford Fosgate has one that does 5.1 on-board, but it doesn't have tv-tuner control. I really don't see how you could save all that much going with this type of unit, considering the outboard processing and amplification required, not to mention wiring up the screen(*). If you are not dead-set on getting 5.1 surround, i'd suggest buying a nice headunit with aux-in, and go find a dvd-player and screen on ebay. I think I saw a package deal for $299 or something recently...
