How do I change the radio code?
I recently purchasedmy 2003 SSEi and I can find nothing in the manual on how to change the code on the radio.
The previous owner did not write it down and it'* just a matter of time before the battery will have to be unplugged for some reason or another. Then I'll be stuck with no music and a trip to the dealer will I will be molested with no lube.
I have looked all through the forums and cannot find anything on how to reset the code.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

The code can only be reset by a dealer, that I know of, if it has been changed and you have forgotten or someone changed it to something that you don't know.

You don't have to worry about that with the 2000+. There'* no code, it'* all handled by the radio and PCM. As long as the radio stays with that car, you're all set.

Oh, I see what you are saying. Yeah, no problem. Just if you have to change the radio or you want to know what the code is for some other reason.
