Anyone have Experience with these?
Hey guys... I picked up a 15" L7.. I KNOW I KNOW!!! I said i would never own one.. LOL.. But i am supposed to be trading it within a day or two for 2 15" American Bass XO 15'*. I know very little about these subs.. they sounded like a cheap brand but after researching a bit... they look like amazing subs! double stiched surrounds and all. They make some really high end stuff...
here are some pics..
here is the link to the subs...

if u look threw their online catalog... they ALMOST remind me of DD subs.

American Bass makes some good stuff, but like all companies, they have low end stuff too. These are on their lower end. I definitely wouldn't trade a L7 for them....by comparison, my 12'* have a larger motor structure, can handle more power and don't have a stamped basket like these. I see the allure, but if it were me I'd pass.

yea but the L7 is messed up... the spider is ripped and peeling up off its seat... I am not a Kicker fan (ignore the 2 12" CVR'* in my trunk, LOL) and especially the L7'*... But even if i repaired this sub well.. it wont ever be the same, the spider doesnt have anything to be glued down again.. looks like its been repaired a couple times.
