Default VSS wire

Has anyone hooked up navigation in a 92-99? Where did you tap in to the VSS at? Would it be best to go to the tranny or somewhere at the PCM?

Never installed one in a Bonneville before but the VSS wire will be a DK GRN/WHI wire. This is a 4000 pulse per mile output signal from the PCM to the speedo, HUD, MFC module, and CCR module. Best place to get it would be either cavity D15 of connector 2 (white 32 pin) at the PCM or at the dash connector (C200) above the brake pedal.
