My CD player dosent work I have tried to clean it and nothing happens. It gets the error saying not reading disk. I want to replace it with one from a junkyard car or ebay. Does it have to be from another car with steering wheel controls or can I use any one . Also what years will fit and connect right. Is there a fairly simple way to fix mine ?

I know 96-99 will. One out a grand am or a GP of the same years will also work
They can get awfully spendy on Ebay and I'm not too sure a yard would be a good idea
