<--------- Who'* A dirty POST *****!!!!! I Am!!!!!!

hence why you build a box around the amp and subs

so basically if you mount subs in your back dash, then build a box around them what your doing is stopping all that bass from rattling your trunk instead its all gonna be forced into the car and he'll still have almost a full trunk to put stuff in

Right... but thats 1.25 After you put the Sub into the numbers..

You will need a larger inside ft2 in order to have that number

woofer displacement says .09 cu ft but that doesnt seem right to me. If the enclosure is 1.25 cu ft and u put the 10W7 in it u will end up with 1.16 cu ft of volume. so box would have to be 1.34 cu ft to end up with 1.25 of usable cu ft. but if u could some how get an enclosure that is 1.6 cu ft that would be better

i called the shop whos making my box and he said 1.25 for the W7 thats INCLUDING the sub, he said i can call and ask JL myself, they always include the volume of the sub in whats listed

regardless, i had someone calling me last night, he wants to buy my sub for $600.00, so today after work it might be gone, and i might just go ahead and buy the 13.5 W5 shallow
