You can check the connection at the window antenna, thats about as far as I know about them.
I'd start by tracing the actual antenna line, make sure it'* still fully connected.

ok i still need some help here guys what else could be causeing this i even went out and got a new deck and STILL i have this porb!

First you might try spelling, punctuation and capitalization.
Have you tried looking at the windows? Checked your owners manual? Seems that there must be an antenna and you should have plugged it in when doing the deck. Next up is finding the connection at the window, whichever one it might be.
