you need at least 4 AWG but if you are talking about 1200 watts RMS then you need 0 AWG and i have my own out of house sound company i can get alot of stuff but pending on were people live shiping charges make it not worth going threw me.

if it is just for a power inverter, go buy some welding wire. cheaper than audio wire....

hasto be flexible....i could easily go buy 0 awg from home depot for like 50 cent a foot but that **** is hard to work with... Not looking for something like that i want something like 1000 strand not 5. I also definately don't need O awg, 1200 watts is only 100 amps i could safely live with 2 awg possibly 4 assuming i wont be pulling 1200 watts at all times with the inverter.

well welding wire has to flexiable....it has to move with your hand when you weld.

so far i havent found welding cable cheaper then knukoncepts 4 awg power wire... so idk ill prolly just go with that....

That is where I got my stuff from. Great stuff, great prices. They even had ground wire to match the colour of my car.
