Cerwin Vega
I installed a set of Cerwin Vega 6x9 about a year ago right after I bought my 1999 bonnie with factory stero. Deloco ,with CD and EQ. My left rear speaker was blown and made a nasty sound. I got on ebay and found a set of Cerwin Vega 6x9'* HED'* and it took a demmel tool but, I think it could have been done with a sharpe knive. The bass and mid range coming out of those speakers are great. You won't make your ears bleed but , this is a great sound. I think I paid less then $60 including shipping. Food for thought, or your ears! anyone else on here tried them?

I personally haven't ever had Cerwin Vega'*, but I know that they were good a few years ago when alot of the locals were choosing them over other name brands.
My guess is that if they've improved over the past 5 years they are still AWESOME sounding audio equipment.

I may not have a "world class" set up but, it was a great improvement over the stock sound. Very good bass for 6x9'* . Won't make my ears bleed but, it'* a good quality sound. It'* a jr. thumper I'm very pleased with.
