What is a good Delco Cd-player?
I have a 91 LeSabre with a Delco Cd-player, from a pontiac Grand AM. It plugged directly into the wiring harness, and fit perfectly.
However, after a while, it feels like its time to get a new system. I'd like one to match my other display lights, this pontiac unit is red, mine are green. I hate the equalizer, I can never get it right, and the buttons are getting worn. Some bulbs in it are out too.
I absolultly do not want an aftermarket Cd player. They look so out of place in my LeSabre. I'd like to stay with a Delco system.
What about the Cd-players that came stock with these cars? What about the cassette/cd player, will they fit into my current configuration?
This is one example i had in mind. Its probably too wide or tall to fit into my exisiting place?

Here'* one that might be nice?

Well, red doesn't matter. it just that I want good sound. It does have stock speakers though.
Thanks for the help guys.

The unit from the 03 WILL NOT work in your car. that thing works through the cars computer so it'* worthless in your Lesabre.
I suggest getting one like the second you show or you can get one that is almost the same, except it has a 5-band EQ. VERY pricey they are though... my brother sells OEM GM radios and gets upwards of $350 for the 5-band unit on E-bay.
