Default Installing subs using the stock HU

Where do I hook up the line-level inputs? Can I do it right off my back speakers?

From what I understand: yes. If you have the bose system though you may have a problem (b/c the sound that is delivered to the speakers is ALREADY amplified) if this is the case, you need to install the line leve converter BEFORE the amp (just splice in on the appropriate pairs)

Enjoy!

That is correct.. I know theres a write up on it a while back in this forum about how someone already tried doing it both ways and found that its alot better to do before the amp on bose model car. Look in this forum topic a few months back.. if I have time I'll see if I can find it..

P.*. I suggested that that topic be posted in the tech info but don't know if they did.. take a look into that too..

Sounds good guys, thankfully I do not have the bose system, and my install should be a lot easier. Thanks for the input.
