Cutting Out Radio Stop
You guys got any tips on cutting out that black piece that sticks up behind the factory radio to hold it in place? I like the look of a flush mount for my aftermarket headunit rather than that extension kit.....and if i put my factory cd player back in someday, will it work just fine even though i cut out the black piece?

ur hands? jeez
i just went ahead and used a hacksaw, was out in about 2 minutes or less.........worked very good, and now my radio sits flush with the dash....was afraid to use a dremel, because something moving that fast with a blade or bit on the end with all those wires in the back, just didnt sound like a good plan
