A little pricy, but a clifford 2way is a very nice system. Also you can tell people that Clifford saved your car.

(clifford= big red dog... if you didnt understand the 'joke')

There is a lot of good products on the market today, lots of bad ones too. The three already mentioned would be great choices. Most poeple are seeing the benifit of the 2-way systems now that the receivers are about the size of a transmitter.
I'll add two more possibilities to your query: Code Alarm (they do not have a 2-way system) and Audiovox Prestiege AVX-975. I've been working with these brands for years now with very little complaints and with great reliability. Very few "come backs" with the occasional blown fuse. If you are going to be installing it yourself, be sure to arm yourself with all of the diagrams for the alarm as well as the vehicle unless you are already familiar with both.
Do your homework and the one you chose will be the one that'* best for you.
Good luck.

I thinking about getting the Audiovox Prestige APS-996. Its only going to cost me $140 for the alarm.
