2004 Deanli XL Alpine D-310 reverse camera
Does anyone know how to install a night vision reverse back up camera in a 2004 YukonXL Denali. I know that the wires need to be installed on the reverse tail lights so the camera is activated when the reverse lights are turned on. I have an Alpine D-310 and I just need to know if when there is a picture applied(when the reverse lights are tuned on the camera activates and automatically switches my Alpine view to fo rear view? Yhanks in advance

All you need to do is mount the camera in a good place, Wire one wire to the reverse lights and that will be you power Source. Make sure you have a good ground. and then run the RCA wire to the IVA=D310 Rearview Monitor input. That ir. When the car activates the rear lights the 310 will automatically switch to the rear camera. Pretty handy. Mine also has night vission. I also tied the rear camera to the running lights on the Tail lights so I can activate the rear camera all the time if I want. But you should put a switch in bwtween the recerse and driving lights. Your on the right road. After installation you will need to configure it on your 310 but thats cake. I hop this helps take care.

Dude, what in the world? You answered your own question. Do you hear voices in your head? It really looks like your talking to yourself in the 3rd person.
