Low beam is out
My drivers side low beam is out, replaced bulb no help, unable to pull relay #28 out of underhood fuse box not sure how it comes out but wont just pull out.The other side is working fine so that might rule out relay anyway.I guess next will be check for power when I borrow a meter.Anyone else ran into trouble with just one side being out?

Everything looked good on the socket and the bulb.Must not be getting power or the new bulb could be bad ,I will swap with the other side as soon as car gets back.

X2.....the other thing to try is a hard reboot of your car electrical. I had the same thing happen to me. Disconnect the (-) battery terminal and wait 20 minutes or so and connect it back up. If it works, then get that #28 relay pulled and replaced. You got to really wiggle and wobble to get the rat bastard out!

I used a pair of pliars to take one of my relays out. They give you enough grip to pull and wiggle, but don't let you exert enough force to smash them.
