Head over to Autozone, have it scanned. It will tell you if the issue is the filter or not.
Is it possible you disturbed a vacuum line in the process?

I don't think so....the sensor slipped right out , the airbox opened right up tightened up everything. I did check vacum lines..it all good. I was wondering if autozone scans my bonne, they can reset the ses light. Or do they recommend going to dealership..vacum lines are prety easy to reach? if one was loose or not how would I check?..(just askking never had a car scanned before)

Autozone can reset the light but if the problem still exists it will come right back.
Did you have the pcm out of the air box? You could have cut one of the wires while puting the pcm back in the box?

They "shouldn't" just reset a code w/o knowing it'* been fixed. However if you head over, they plug a little code reader in, tell you the code and general description.
That information will then help us assist you better. While you went through and triple checked everything. Something is unhappy and made the code show up.
Vacuum lines are very easy.. you look around for them and if you see any obvious unhooked ones or cracked and seperated...you fix them up with new tubing from the parts place.
