2002 Bonneville Rear Suspension Issues
Need help figuring out where to start checking on this problem. Rear shocks are not inflating, and the compressor is not working - not automatically, nor manually (when pressing the button). The fuses are all good, and there isn't really a good source of info out there, so it'* hard to know where to start looking.
Obviously it'* got to be some part of the compressor setup, but GMPartsDirect lists a height sensor, some kind of relay, and a switch that are all associated with the ride control, and it appears that any of these could be screwing the works.
Has anyone had to deal with this problem? and if not, can anyone make an educated guess on where to get info on the issue?
I have new shocks to replace the old (clunking) ones, but without the compressor working, I'm afraid the new shocks will get torn up right away.
Thanks for the help.

Do you have a wiring diagram? If so, I'd jump the height sensor (drivers wheel well) to test the compressor. If that tests well, then it'* the sensor.
