Default 01 SSEI power steering problem

I have an 01 ssei. Last night went to crank the car and low and behold no power steering at all. It was fine when parked but now it is completely inop. I am assuming the pump has died since fluid level is perfect and the belt is ok. Are there any tricks I need to know about before I attempt to change this pump? I think I have determined there are 2 mounting bolts behind the pulley, one at 12 and one at 6 oclock that you loosen through the holes in the pully. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is correct. You will need to remove the 2 hoses as well. Be careful not to drop the pump as the oil pressure sensor is right below it.
