Replacing the gas pedal
How do you pop off the pin holding the gas pedal? I just bought a set of GXP pedals and need to know before I try to knock out the pin with a hammer. Thanks...........

Remove the left instrument closeout/insulator panel.
Remove the e-clip from the pedal.
Remove the plastic retainer from inside the pedal.
Remove the accelerator control cable from the pedal by pulling the cable straight out and up, toward the top of the pedal.
