Default What is this part?

Trying to figure out what this part is. It says "Delphi 1997287." I have searched gmpartsdirect, this forum and google but cannot find anything. I am sure the part is fine, but as you can see the connector has broken when I tried to remove.

Any idea on part number for the connector that is broken?

Thanks to everyone!

Thanks, Dan. Any idea on where I can get the tubing/connector that is broken (see the right side of picture)? The rubber just tore (due to the longevity of it I imagine) when I tried to remove.

Stop at a auto parts store and get generic vacuum line and make your own. WAY cheaper.
