Do you hear it when the key is in the run position without the engine running?

Can you tell if it is coming from under the hood, or inside the car? Between the video, and these old ears, it is hard to say, but it does not sound electronic or electrical to me...more mechanical. If it is louder under the hood, or appears to be coming from there, check your pullies and and water pump areas.

Almost sounded a little like an Alternator bearing. :?

Tough to tell from that video.

Doesn't sound like a fan noise.

Badnit didn't install one of those Turbulators, did he.

When the booties were put on..I can tell you.. anything could be touching back there. We let a Riviera guy help put them on.

Actually ..it could be something at the back..however.. I doubt it. When'* Badnit driving out to check it.

What about that secondary air pump? You could maybe disconnect it electrically, then check if noise goes away.

No sound when key is in the on position without car running. I can hear it in the cabin only...not under the hood. It goes away when I turn up the radio (...lol...that was a joke). I'll wiggle things around in the back, try to make sure the wires are separated...
