For those that are interested, that'* the cruise control cable on L36 and S2 L67 TB'*. It just pushes off in the opposite direction of cable pull.

Andrew got it, but for anyone else trying to, just manually open the throttle by hand a little, and snap it towards the alternator end of the engine.

The other cable will come out of it'* pocket if you fully open the throttle by hand, and pull the slack so it'* coming out the top of the cable bracket perpendicular, then slide it out of the notch towards the firewall.
