Default Washer fluid problems

Hi all, Im in need of a little assistance on my '00 SSEI..

My washer fluid has stopped working. No idea if it is the pump (I can hear the normal noise for the pump when i try to use it) or blockage in the lines..

Can anyone give me some ideas on where to start, or if there is a common faliure in these that I should look at.
Of course the engine compartment is so tight that I can barely even see the washer reservoir, just the fill area. So not sure if I will even be able to get into the washer pump area or not.

Thanks
David

How cold was it when you tried, and if it was below freezing in Denver, an you get the car where it'* warm and try again?

This time of year, frozen water is my first guess every time. Especially if you hear the pump running. The lines are far more likely to freeze up than the fluid in the tank.

Ive tried it recently when it is up to 70 degrees. So perhaps a clog.. Weather has been nice in CO so far.. but Ill need it soon just for the light splah back.

Thanks for any more input.

Yeah if you hear the washer motor running, Im guessing you have a clog in your inlet of the washer motor. Just make sure you dont run your motor without fluild running through it or your motor will burn up in no time.
