has it too; be careful where you order it from, some advertise it as "comes with 9" K&N STYLE filter". I installed the same kit in my Bonneville SE about two months ago. Used a piece of lexan to close the gap on the top in the front of the box (cut to fit, then secured it inbetween the bottom part of the box, and the removable top). Trying to make heads or tales of the PCM relocation was fun too. I ended up drilling a hole on the underside of the box in front of the filter for the IAT sensor. My miles per tank went from 315 to 350 (on average) take off seems quicker, and the sound is much nicer.
I had pics posted on bonnevilleattitude.com before it was closed of the install. A lot of people have insulated it, I just wonder how much that will really help.
